Learning Development Center (LeaD) – Online Learning is a service portal that provides a wide range of integrated digital learning services at Telkom University, known as the Center of E-Learning and Open Educaton (CeLOE).
The digital study space in CeLOE TelU uses a Moodle platform that has been modified and integrated with other applications such as dashboards and academic systems (Igracias). Online lectures through CeLOE TelU can be used for learning in courses and certifications in TelU environment or cooperation program with partners outside TelU institution. Especially for online lectures on courses in TelU environment namely Blended Learning, Distance Education (PJJ) or credit Transfer at Merdeka Learning Program.

Celoe Telkom University has 14 content production studios with professional standards. Content production can be in the form of a talking head video, video tutorials, animations, interactive videos, storyline making, storyboarding, lecture notes, or other types of content. Content production services can be used by Telkom University academicians or outside parties or the public according to applicable terms and conditions.
CeLOE Dashboard is an Online Course and Program Management application.
Login to https://celoe.telkomuniversity.ac.id/auth according to their respective roles, such as open-course users, field students, course developers, course reviewers, teachers, course-teacher coordinators, program owners, leader, or admin Users according to their respective roles will get a dashboard to carry out activities related to administration and processes that take place at CeLOE. In addition to activities, the CeLOE dashboard also provides summary reports and statistics that are relevant to users who log in. Activities and reports in the CeLOE dashboard regarding :
- Create e-learning program or services in celoe (study program, ocw-mooc program
- Program or services user management
- Course and user syncronization (cds-lms-ocw-mooc)
- Asignment course developer and course reviewer by program owner
- Course development review and feedback

- Learning management system (LMS) report for blended learning and distance learning program

LMS is an online learning environment for Lecturers and Students of regular study programs, blended learning programs, and distance education study programs (PJJ). Distance education study programs can be full programs or short programs in the form of transfer credits. In LMS recorded learning statistics, grades, and other comparative statistics. This data is stored in the LMS for 1 year and later will be backed up and made in the form of a portfolio. After the backup and portfolio are formed, of course, the data in the LMS will be moved to process the LMS burden not too heavy because it must receive thousands of MK-Class-Students every semester. In addition to reserves and portfolios, erased learning statistical data will also be stored in the Telkom University academic information system (igracias).
Besides that, the lecturer can restore the backup file if he wants to see the moodle version of the lecture once again. If the lecturer wants to make the content and activities in the LMS as a standard course in CDS, then the teacher asks the program owner’s permission to be able to assign it to the course and can return the course.

- Username (SSO / iGracias Account) followed with “@365.telkomuniversity.ac.id” on Email Field.
- Password (SSO / iGracias Account) on Password Field.
- Failure upon Authentication could be possibly you have not yet change your password into “Strong Password”. Make sure to change your Password only in iGracias.

CeLOE CDS is a moodle-based application that is used to develop courses.
The courses in CeLOE CDS are basic. This course is the source of resources and activities in LMS and MOOC.
- Access restricted only for Course Creator, Developer and Reviewer.
- Login only using your Microsoft Office 365 Account by following these format :
- Username (SSO / iGracias Account) followed with “@365.telkomuniversity.ac.id” on Email Field.
- Password (SSO / iGracias Account) on Password Field.
- Failure upon Authentication could be possibly you have not yet change your password into “Strong Password”. Make sure to change your Password only in iGracias.

MOOC is an online learning environment for Trainers (Teachers) and Certification Participants (Students) online training programs, open online training, or online certification programs. In MOOC recorded learning statistics, grades, and other interaction statistics. This data is stored indefinitely, until the program owner decides to delete the program.
Students or participants in online training program certification, open-online training, or online certification programs can continue to access courses with a multi-entry-multi-exit (MEME) system and follow the principles of Recognition Prior Learning. That is, when students have finished 1 course and want to join a multi course program where 1 course is also included, students do not need to repeat the same course. The same thing applies to certain learning plans according to the competency framework in MOOC.
